1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website indieradar.games, published by Vincent CASTEL, and the game listing offered to creators.

2. Access to the site

Browsing the site and game pages is free and open to everyone. Game listing is currently offered free of charge.

3. Submission and moderation

Every submitted game goes through a human review before publication. IndieRadar reserves the right to refuse or remove any game that is illegal, malicious, misleading or off-topic.

4. Creator obligations

The creator warrants that they hold the rights to the submitted game and visuals, and that the game is lawful, free of malware and reachable through a working link.

The creator authorises IndieRadar to display the game's title, visual, description and link. A game whose link becomes unreachable may be unpublished.

5. Badge and search visibility

Displaying the IndieRadar badge is optional. IndieRadar does not guarantee any search engine ranking, traffic or player volume.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability. IndieRadar's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page.
