2. Data we collect

Game submission: creator email address, optional nickname or social profile, and game details (title, URL, description, visual, languages, categories). Game details are published; your email address is never displayed publicly.

Click counter: clicks towards a game are counted in aggregate, without any personal identifier.

Creator outreach: IndieRadar may email creators whose professional address is publicly available to invite them to list their game. You can object at any time by writing to the contact address.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the requested service: processing your submission, validation email and badge delivery.

Legitimate interest: moderation, site security, aggregate statistics and contacting creators.

4. Recipients and processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database) and Resend (transactional emails) process data on our behalf under their contractual commitments.

These providers may be located in the United States; transfers rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention

Submission data is kept while the listing is published, then deleted on request.

6. Cookies and trackers

IndieRadar uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. A technical language-preference cookie may be set: it is strictly necessary for the site to work and exempt from consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
